STL is collectively responsible for  

regularly holding seminars and working groups, often followed up by study days and generally leading to a joint publication

Some, like the weekly study group “Philosophy in the wider sense” run by Pierre Macherey, make the full text of each presentation available on line within a few days, sometimes with notes or participants’ comments added.

STL is also active in three National Resarch Coucil research groups (GDR CNRS)

GDR 2522 “Philosophy of Knowledge and Philosophy of Nature in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance” directed by Joel Biard, Université de Tours.  Other participants: University of Paris 4, EPHE (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes, Sorbonne), Université de Paris 7.
